Bart is a founder of Sabine and Waters. For more than 40 years, Bart has worked for large industrial forest products companies and small family forest owners, providing forestry and environmental land management expertise. He has conducted numerous wetland studies, protected species surveys, habitat restoration projects, timber resource surveys and reforestation projects across the southeast. He gives generously of his time to support his profession, serving as the chairman of the board for the Forestry Association of South Carolina, member of the board for the Lord Berkeley Conservation Trust, and has served on wetland forums for the EPA, Clemson University, State of South Carolina and others.
